VAR dramatically intervenes in Arsenal vs West Ham clash to rule out late goal

Arsenal were relieved to see VAR intervene to deny West Ham a goal that would have dented their title hopes in the final moments of their Premier League clash
Arsenal were saved by VAR in injury time in a pivotal moment for the Gunners' title aspirations and West Ham's survival hopes at the London Stadium. The Irons had the ball in the back of the net through Callum Wilson for a late equaliser.

VAR had its biggest moment in Premier League history as Arsenal held on to beat West Ham 1-0 thanks to Callum Wilson's 95th-minute equaliser being ruled out for a foul on David Raya.

Leandro Trossard's late winner set the Gunners on course for a crucial win in the Premier League title race.

Mikel Arteta's side looked to have slipped up in their quest for a first title in more than 20 years. A wave of relief was soon to follow.
