Bristol City are considering ex-Arsenal technical director James Ellis to become their new sporting director.
Sky Sports News understands Ellis has been going through the interview process with City along with several others.
The Championship club are expected to make an appointing in the coming weeks.
Ellis left Arsenal earlier this year after five years at the Emirates, first as head of recruitment before being promoted after Edu Gaspar left for Nottingham Forest
